Using good shampoos and conditioners (both rinse out and leave-in) is also quite beneficial for curly or even wavy hair, both of which tend to frizz in humid weather, and to be somewhat dryer than straight hair, due to the fact that the hair shaft in curly or wavy hair misses the oils that are present within the sebaceous glands in the scalp.

My hair is below my shoulders now and I like the ability to tie it up, but it seems to be tied up all the time or else falls in my face constantly. It has lots of body and some natural curl and wave.
